ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Preventive maintenance inspections

• Knowledge of routine preventive maintenance/repair procedures for tractors and trailers

• High degree of motivation and attention to details

• Ability to multitask and establish priorities

• Ability to identify, report, and execute on recurring problem

• Strong attention to details

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• The diesel mechanic Trainee will work closely with our Diesel Mechanics to get our customers back on the road quickly
• Learn preventative maintenance services
• Engaged in minor inspections, adjustments and/or minor chassis repairs
• Administrative duties as related to position
